hey guys as i am suffering from voltage fluctuation from few days so i am thinking that why not to buy a UPS to secure my pc components after that i gone to market and got some rates
1500va for 10500
1000va for 7500
and my minimum requirement is 700watts so if we calculate va to watts
formula: (W= PF x VA)
W=0.6 x 1000va = 600watts
W=0.6 x 1500va = 900watts
now i want to ask few things that what will be the PF factor for PC Power supply on my PSU box its written 0.99 as its Active PFC but i want to be on safeside this time
but there is clearly written on UPS website 1000va ups will provide 670watts according 0.67 PF(Power Factor)
so which one should i go for 1500va or 1000va or the one for custom kit that will gonna cost me around 4k for ups and 4k for battery but that would some local brand not APC
