Uninstall windows 7 and install XP

insert windows XP cd.. Select boot from ATAPI CD ROM from boot menu if its not selected already... when it prompts u to press any key to boot from cd. Press enter and follow the instructions.select install Fresh copy of windows in QUICK mode.. during the installation process ur installation drive , which is usually C would be formatted and new windows xp will be installed... so InsHAllah u wont face any troubles...
first make backup of any important files..and then proceed as follows as haroonsheikh has explained
