Understanding PSN Accounts

Hi,

I'll try to be as brief as possible about my confusion:

I had a PS3 earlier, bought from Region 3 (China).
1. Bought region 2 games here, mostly and so my primary PSN ac was a region 2. Also bought a couple of Region 3, which is why I made a region 3 PSN ac as well.

Now, I have bought a PS4 (Region 1: USA).
1. Games as of now are region 1 as well.
I have made a separate region 1 ac, but all friends and 'Fifa Origin' ac are linked to my region 2 account.

I'm assuming i'll have to stick to one region account? What's the best way of going about this? Should I just switch over to the Region 1 account?

Is there any way of using Origin ac from Region 2 on the PSN region 1 account?

Sorry for sounding so confused, but I've been going in circles.

I've got region 1 games on the PS4? Fifa 14 and COD Ghosts.

Also, US store is usually cheaper / better than the UK store?

I guess that's my confusion.

How does the combination of console region, plus game region, work with the PSN region? What needs to be synced? Does the PSN region have to be the same as the game region for online play?

The only time PSN account regions come into play is when you're redeeming an online pass or getting DLC for a game. If your game is Region 1 and your primary PSN account is Region 2, you'll need to create a Region 1 account in order to purchase the required DLC. Once you have acquired it, you can continue to play the game and its DLC with your Region 2 account, provided that the Region 1 account you purchased it from is still active on your console.

The console's region has no role to play in any of this.

Right, so for example, my Fifa 14 is a region 1 game. So I have a region 1 PSN. I redeem online play via the region 1 PSN, after which I can sign into my primary PSN (region 2) and play online without any problems?

Sorry have to you guys go in circles too, but I just spoke to Amaga.

Told him my situation. He suggested I could buy ps plus for my region 1 psn Ac. After that all online features would work on my region 2 psn Ac on my ps4?

Right. So I spoke to a PSN Code reseller, and discussed my situation. His response was as follows:

- buy PS+ for region 1 account. Activate all codes etc in the region 1 account.
- Switch to the region 2 account on the PS and play on there without any problem.

This way I would get to keep my region 2 (Primary) ac, as well as get the benefits of a cheaper PS+ on the region 1.

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

I tried both NayaPay, and UBL, but I keep getting "correct country selected..." error. I already have PK set there 🤦‍♂️

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!
