I have been waiting for a smart watch with built-in GPS for very long time. The smart watches from smartphone makers had awesome UI to offer but lacked GPS and the GPS watches available in market from garmin and nike+ had pretty basic and not-so-good-looking UI.

Anyways, long story short, as soon as I read about gear fit 2, I felt as if it was made pretty much according to my requirements. Thats why didn't wait to get my hands on it. Received it in mail today. Here is the unboxing.

Oh and if anyone's wondering why I needed GPS then here is the answer [emoji3]

Never felt comfortable running with big phone in pocket.

Thanks for visiting this thread.

Thanks bro. It cost me Rs. 24k. You can't really make a call from it. However, you can accept/reject a call right from it and if you have a bluetooth headset paired then you won't have to pick up your phone to answer a call. You can read full messages on it. I've not checked yet if you can reply to a message too. Overall, it has got a perfect mix of features for anyone looking for a smart+fitness watch. The size may look bigger in pictures but on wrist, it doesn't feel bulky at all.

If you see the price in isolation then it might look a bit too much. However, if you compare its features with the similar watches from Nike/Garmin then you would find it very reasonably priced, if not cheaper.
For me its value comes from the fact that now i don't have to carry my expensive phones to the track and face the risk of them falling out of my pocket during workout.
Anyways, a person who isn't into fitness thing is better off with Gear S2. But for guys working out daily, Fit 2 offers the best of the both worlds, IMO. [emoji4]

Thanks bro. [emoji4]

Its IP68 dust and water resistant just like s7/note7.
But I have read somewhere that Samsung doesn't recommend swimming while wearing it.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
