Here are some quick temps of the cooler,
IDLE (NO OVERCLOCK) They are very low because Turbo Boost kept the CPU multiplier low, it is actually 1600 Mhz @ 0.975 VCORE.
LOAD TEMPS (NO OVERCLOCK) Here Turbo Boost took the processor to 3400 Mhz @ 1.168 VCORE
IDLE (OVERCLOCKED) Here I disabled Turbo Boost switching frequencies and now it 4300 Mhz @ 1.240 VCORE (A 1 Ghz Overclock)
LOAD (OVERCLOCKED) Same 4300 Mhz @ 1.240 VCORE (Notice no VDROP here because I set LLC to "Ultra High", it might rise few degrees in temp but provide stable overclock)
Ok I am still fiddling around with new bios settings, so I will post some more temps and possibly with higher clocks.
Thanks to all for wonderful comments.

Yes bro I got this cooler from abroad, it has very similar design like CNPS10x Extreme but it has a very quiet fan with 1400 - 1500 RPM max. I feel no noise at all when it runs on full speed, I also noticed that due to quiet design and moderate speed it does not have a very good airflow, I am planning on trying a high speed fan on this cooler (like Cooler Master Excalibur) and see if I can shave off some centigrade s
overall I am satisfied with the performance of this cooler because with its quiet design it is providing reasonable cooling and when I installed this Cooler I was in hurry and wanted to get my system up and running quick due to some office work so I didn't used the provided Thermal Compound (ZM-STG2) instead I used cheap Intel thermal paste syringe which was lying in my drawer :Q because I knew that in hurry I will mess up and waste the precious thermal compound provided by Zalman so I kept it safe, I will reinstall the cooler with provided thermal compound and see if it makes any difference.

Yes bro good catch, this is 19'' Acer LCD and it is quiet small for a monster card like 6970 2 GB, actually I got this LCD when I had Radeon 4870 512MB it was ok for a 512 MB graphic card but not for this
I will get a bigger LCD soon.
