Surface pro trackpads are pretty much right next to MacBook's now.

You're right I have heard so many good things about its trackpad and keyboard but unfortunately never had the pleasure of using it....The only person I know who owns a surface book is a complete douche and I would never bother asking him to let me try lolzz. I am quite happy with the way Microsoft is doing hardware these days I mean look at the studio AIO, xbone project scorpio with 6TFLO of performance, surface book refresh etc but to me at least for the price of surface book I would go for the MacBook instead but just my personal preference
