Ugly black bar at the bottom

Please remove the ugly black bar at the bottom of the page. I know I can hide it but it won't stay hidden the next time I login. So please remove it completely or create an option in the user cp so that I can do that myself

Ok figured out how to remove it using adblock plus. If anyone is interested they can just add this rule to remove this monstrosity:
