Are you sure this is reliable?
I'm getting wild fluctuations between pings on multiple attempts. Dubai for example goes from 30ms to 150ms sometimes.
Regardless, here are the results.

Unsure if it matters, but the test was done on a laptop connected via wifi to the main router. The router is in the same room.

Sorry, what do you mean by if this is reliable? This program pings to official IPs of DotA 2 servers.
The main reason I want to switch from PTCL 2MB to Transworld is that I get frequent disconnections on it. But the results you posted are worse than my end. I usually play on SEA servers. But anything above 150ms is unplayable for me.
Here are the results for my PTCL 2MB;
My result are approximately same every time I run it.

The router is in the same room and my PC was connected through WiFi and no one else using the internet.
Today Transworld team surveyed my place and Iftikhar Shah will quote me for payment. The guy who surveyed (Arsalan) did not tell me from where they will bring the wire. Did they charge you per meter or what?

Tbh apart from Singapore, almost all servers have equal or better pings on my end.

ptcl has some direct routing to singapore dota 2 servers , the only game in the entire universe that is well routed by ptcl you will definitely get lower pings on eu servers and sub 50 on Dubai on transworld but probably wont see that much of a difference in sea servers
