I'm not into DLC that much, too busy downloading old NTSC/UC games from news server but i will look into it sooner.

well you need to connect your hdd to pc (or via ftp) and copy the DLC to partition 3 .. theres a content folder in there .... same goes for arcade games ..

Ok, I couldn't find the guide I used, so I wrote one myself....hope it helps:

How to run unsigned content (XBLA games/ DLC) on your JTAG Xbox 360
​

• Download the DLC or XBLA game with its proper folder hierarchy (for example, 434D34E1\00000002\AAEAC47F61F0D416CBCBBD0154EDD063CD4991344E)
• Download and install the Yaris Swap (current latest build is 0.7b) application and run it. It should looks something like the following:

• Click on the 'Go to Folder' button and locate and open the folder that contains your XBLA/DLC file (from the above example, it should be '434D34E1')
• You should now see the actual file ('AAEAC47F61F0D416CBCBBD0154EDD063CD4991344E', in the above case) loaded up in the application queue
• You may choose to load several XBLA/DLC files in this way and batch swap them if you like
• Click on the 'Hex Mod / Yaris Swap / Options' button, after which you should see a notification that says "All files have been swapped"
• Copy the containing folder as it is to a USB hard drive (alternatively, you may use FTP file transfer as well if you like)
• Boot the XexMenu from the NXE Game Library
• Press RB followed by 'X' to bring up the HDD menu. Look up your USB hard drive and highlight the folder that you wish to copy (in this case, '434D34E1')
• Press 'Y' to bring up another menu. Select 'Copy'
• Press 'X' again and re-select your default Xbox 360 hard drive
• Go to Partition 3:\Content\0000000000000\ and press 'Y' to bring up the copy/paste menu. Select 'Paste'.
• You should now see your folder among the other numbered folders already present in your Xbox 360 hard drive (in this case, the '434D34E1' folder should be seen in the list)
• To check if your content has been successfully added, go back to the NXE and go to 'System Settings'
• From here, go to 'Games' and look up your game from the list. You should see the content you just put in. (For example, if you added some Mass Effect 2 DLC, it should show up in the list of Mass Effect 2 game items, and so on)

Note: Some games require the latest title update to be present in the 'Cache' folder, so make sure you also download and copy that into Partition 3:\Cache\. This update file, however, does not require a Yaris Swap.

No u cant...as the contents are digitally signed...and ur console wont allow it...while jtag console can run these un athenticated or unsigned contents

i love this feature, and obviously the ability to play ANY game without dvd, would boost my GS alot

You can but you'll need HDD Connectivity Kit ... and a little technical mind !

no dude you cant .. the DLCs are digitally signed and the ones available on torrents are cracked ones ! ... so WITOUT JTAG ... you cant play those DLCs which are supposed to be paid and are available on torrents...

but on my dash settings it says 8955 something... possible?

- Any console with a kernel 8498 and higher have been patched to stop the hack.
