Get DashLaunch 2.21 from Xbins and install it.....After installing it, all games will work without any problem, and you'll never get another prompt to install a mandatory software update.

No need to get worried on small things like these.....Just be cool

And by the way, there is no difference between a Jtagged console software wise w.r.t different motherboards. Therefore, even if you have a Jasper 512MB or 256MB or 16MB or a Xenon, it won't effect the software that runs on the console. All that you need to be careful about is the Dashboard version.

i think Dash launch 2.21 have some issues with it....i have my friend's jasper 16mb NAND on freeboot9199....installed dashlaunch 2.21 but games like MK9, Portal 2 and WWE All Stars not working (showing an UPDATE message). Can anyone tell whats wrong or what do i have to do.

guys ...can some one pls point out how to run dlc --- yarisshop some thing software name -- would appreciate some help on this ..on how to inject dlc .

ALSO I WOULD like fsd 2 to update pics of all games / title pics etc -- should i connect the jtag to ethernet cable will do it it self --coz the software is on the internal 120gb hdd of jtag.
hope i wont get banned or some thing / or jtag being rendered useless

Guys i'm trying run Davinci Disappearance of ACB and download all TU's upto #4. It comes up with messgae that "need to update TU to run this DLC" and i cant run it ..

1st make sure u have downloaded matching TU according to Game's region....and 2ndly make sure u have that TU in internal HDD in the cache folder.

well just downloaded mk and brink .and epicness beholds it was nice to play them -- console did not ask for any updates etc ---- nothing ..

k now what u have to do is goto FSD select ur game and press "Y" button to get its options.delete all TU's if u have downloaded from FSD....after that return to cache folder using xex menu and paste all TUs there....FSD sometimes disable TUs so that TUs dont work properly. hope that simplifies ur problem.

download DLC's and copy them to internal Hdd's "0000000000000000/(Game Folder)/", and i hope u know where it is. Then download game's TU's and place them in internal Hdd's "CACHE" folder cuz many DLC's wont work without TU's. Most of the DLC u find on net are already unlocked, incase u have locked DLC then use latest "xm360", from there u can unlock every DLC in just click of a button.

In FSD u can have artwork,posters etc. from pluging ethernet to internet. FSD have nothing to do with LIVE and to be on safe side block LIVE access from system settings. All artwork will be downloaded automatically unless u have disabled the auto scan option in FSD. if u have selected manual then scan one more time when ur ethernet is connected.

i did not understand the TU ..what are TU ..pls explain ..sory about this ...been some time since i had a j-tag ..anyway would be kind if u can give a mini tutorial on this ..which software to use and how ...

Ok. So i had this xbox 360. Bought it sometime in 2006 i think. I was trying to flash it. I lost its dvd key. Its kernel is 8057. I ve taken to to many shops, everyone says that in order for us to find the key from the motherboard, xbox 360 should be no more updated than kernel 7. Ok. I understand that.

But hearing on this forum. A jtag xbox 360 does not really require you to use your dvd drive so i was wondering, can i jtag my 360 and play games? Right now its just a useless but expensive dvd player cuz it wont play any games.
