This was a much MUCH better premier than season 4's. Definitely one of those TWD episodes that have you on the edge of your seat; especially that intense beginning.

Yeah they really upped the gore and action for this one, the executions and the bit where that walker was biting off a guy's face were great
actually that part was what got me hooked again after I read all the shocked reviews. Went back downloaded half of s4 and ffwded through all the good parts.
Thank God Terminus is over so soon after the Farm and the Jail I thought season 5 was gonna be a whole lotta Terminus.

AMC’s zombie drama The Walking Dead has returned to TV screens for its fifth season, and it was a return that drew record numbers of viewers for the series. After discovering that Terminus was not quite the sanctuary that had been promised at the end of season 4, Rick Grimes and his fellow survivors were left at the mercy of sadistic leader Gareth and forced to find a way out – or die.
The Walking Dead‘s high body count means that the show’s cast often needs replenishing, and season 5 promises to introduce another character from Robert Kirkman’s comic book series: Father Gabriel Stokes, who will be played by The Wire actor Seth Gilliam.
Deadline reports that the season 5 cast isn’t quite done growing just yet, however, as American Horror Story actor Alexandra Breckenridge has been cast as “Samantha” (this may or may not be the character’s real name). The character breakdown describes her as an “attractive, strong, smart, charming and articulate woman who also has a vulnerable side. She’s a mother with a bohemian spirit, and a talented artist.” The latter talent may not prove too useful in the post-apocalypse, but perhaps she could turn sharpen her paintbrushes into zombie-killing weapons.
Breckenridge had a recurring role in the first season of American Horror Story as the younger version of Moira, housekeeper to the ‘Murder House’, in a role that she shared with Francis Conroy. She also had a guest role in True Blood as wiccan Katerina Pelham, and has voiced a number of different characters in Family Guy.
The Walking Dead has already introduced several characters who were not in the comic books, including Daryl, who is among the small collection of characters from season 1 who are still alive. The show has also deviated from the plot of the comic books frequently enough that even those who have been reading ahead can’t be absolutely sure of which direction this season will take.
Thanks to scientist Eugene and his insistence that he holds the secret to ending the epidemic of the undead, it seems like the survivors could be making a push towards Washington D.C. this season. That’s a very long walk, though, and there will no doubt be plenty of trouble along the way.
The Walking Dead continues next Sunday with ‘Strangers’ @9pm ET on AMC.

It's possible. From what I saw, he was located somewhere in the woods, probably closeby, but seemed pleased upon sighting a wooden sign which was probably the sign for Terminus but I'm not sure.

I think it's a pretty clever move, bringing in someone from way back in the series even if he hasn't had a pivotal role to play in the way it shaped up.
ohh yeah, morgan is finally back and he's going to play a pivotal role in this season im assuming.. writers have said that the terminus guy who wasn't shot dead isn't the only bad guy in this season ! morgan ? maybe who knows btw where did his son go ? i think i might have forgotten did he die or something ?
You are most probably forgetting, his son gets bitten when he lets his walker mom inside the house or she gets in herself (all a bit hazy to me now) but Morgan himself revealed that story to Rick when he goes out on a supply raid with Michonne and Carl in season 2 or 3. Morgan was actually pretty cross with Rick back then and seemed shattered.
mansoor is right; I usually skip the part where they show what follows in the next episode so I didn't realize.
[MENTION=25861]Hassan Aftab[/MENTION] yeah i remember now, in the last season doesn't morgan also attack rick aswell when he's in that gun supply room something.. morgan seems to be pretty much delusional and losing his sense i think... he kept on attacking rick even after rick recognized him and said to calm down but he kept on trying to kill him with a knife etc...
