I hated the whole Aquaman arc, really more because of my hate for that ego-maniac James Cameron trying to act all humble in this. Still it acted as a nice setup for the whole Medellin ordeal. Really started caring for the show after that. I loved the fourth and fifth seasons a lot, the whole Medellin arc in general. The last episode of the fifth season in particular where they're all back in Queens, Vince had gone full circle and was back where he'd started. Let's not forget Gus Van Sant and Martin Scorsese both in one episode! How do they get these huge directors to make an appearance at the drop of a hat?!

Well that, plus the Aquaman thing is what really propelled Vince's career to stardom. It was that movie's success that turns him into A-list celebrity in the show's storyline. Cameron's appearances were minimal, no? Scorsese's appearance at the end of that season finale was epic.

all you guys who want to watch a good sitcom should watch IT Crowd... its the single most AHA'xome and amazing show ever... you will be literally laughing out loud... its sad that its has only 3 seasons with 6 episodes each... give it a go...

^ Yep I second that, one of the best comedies to have come out of the UK. That shows absolutely hilarious.

And btw about the less no of episodes, the Brits apparently prefer quality > quantity.

Yeah. Plus she actually kills Teri. Now that was an absolute shocker.

You dont need to worry about it getting stale/boring for at least another 3 or 4 seasons. Seasons 3 and 5 were pretty epic too.

yeh i noticed that too... UK seasons have much less episodes but great quality... after IT Crowd go for Extras...

After season 5? Yeah, i'll admit its a bit downhill after the 5th season. 6 was quite bad to be honest, things improved in the 7th. I havent started 8th yet, theyre around 6 or 7 episodes in I think..

Extras lasted for two seasons ( 12 episodes and a Christmas special ). Its my personal favorite TV show after Arrested Development.

Admittedly these types of shows take some time to get used to for certain people, I remember introducing my cousin to 'Deadwood' and we he was all 'what the hell is this?Nothing ever happens in this show!', when people watch a western their mind immediately goes 'ooh there's gonna be some gunfights, lots of action'.

This is the exact reason why i normally don't recommend some of my favorite shows to my friends, i instead recommend them shows like "Chuck" or "Lost" which make no mistake are pretty good but they are also "for everyone" some of the shows like "The Wire" are not everyone's cup of tea.

i recently watched a football based drama, called friday night lights, very entertaining with a very strong acting proficient cast. Features Taylor Kitsch aka Gambit from Wolverine Origins, Minika Kelly <3, Connie Britton *strongest actor in the series, Zach Gilford *the lead, justifies his role, Adrianne Palicki, Aimee Teegarden, Kyle Chandler *teh coach! :3

Well the movie world is divided between what is the greatest film ever made between Godfather, Citizen Kane, Shawshank Redemption etc, but the TV world agrees in unison that Arrested Development is the greatest show ever made; at this point its not even an opinion its a fact.

Dont know if youve seen One Tree Hill or not, but Im assuming FNL is similar to OTH yes?
