HS-800 is fully air tight you cant listen your surroundings if the headphones are ON and way too big but light weighted.
Audionic Studio 5 Professional. I never used but people said its a good quality wise and comfortable as compare to A4tech HS-800.
I have survey market prices are below:
HS-800 975rs
Audionic Studio 5 Pro 1050rs.
