Announcement:
Each member of any team that wins a set is required to go to Replay Theater and save all the replays of that set. After that, these replays should be passed on to Irontriggor via a Replay Channel invite. This is for archiving and uploading purposes.

The PG SSFIV 2V2 Team Tournament.​

Hello and welcome to the Official Thread of the upcoming Pakgamers 2-on-2 SSFIV Team Tournament. SUPER Street Fighter IV comes with an online Team Battle Mode out of the box. To celebrate the release of the Tournament DLC on June 15th, we are having our own 2 vs 2 Team Tournament. So get a copy of the game if you haven't already, grab a partner, and get ready for the fight of your life.

Estimated Tournament Date: June 12, 2010

Rules:

- Each team consists of two players. Each team has their own team name.

- Players in the same team cannot use the same character

- If a player can not find a partner, he can enter the tournament as a one-man team. However, he would have to beat both members of the opposite team to register a victory.

- A win is registered once a team wins best 2 out of 3 matches. Each match win requires best 2 on 3 rounds.

- Players are required to save the replays of their matches both both archiving purposes as well as for solving discrepancies.

- Once players from both teams are ready, the matches that follow are 'counted' as tournament matches. If a player disconnects from a 'counted' match, it is registered as a loss for his team and his partner has to beat both players of the other team to register a win, unless the opposing team agrees to a reset.

we got port forwarding dont we..... exo was abut to post a tutorial for port forwarding but i think he has forgotten..... all the guys with new ptcl modems have the DMZ option which makes things a lil better...

^ Yeah, regarding that.. I've been constantly trying to connect with exo but I can't and we both have forwarded the ports plus enabled DMZ.

I can't connect with certain people; but when I host they have no trouble joining me. Like Jawad; can't connect when he's hosting, but he join my games with no problem.

hahaha...damn that was fun...and i had my share of fuckups lolz...every time u saw sakura awkwardly jump , that was an attempted sunpu kyaku gone wrong ... lol your blanka's ultra nearly drove me to insanity...

^ Yup, nice games indeed; killer combos on that schoolgirl of yours. Blanka's Ultra is kinda easy to avoid; you'll get the hang of it soon enough. Just like I said; first hit is overhead so you should block it high and the other hits can be blocked high or low.
