And perhaps you can give me a list of UAE players in your friends list so I can play with them ?

Perhaps they are. I don't really know many UAE players. Triggor probably knows more than I do.
I've been wrong about the UAE fighting game scene. The locals here have a pretty tight-knit community, and Indians/Pakistanis don't really interact much with them I don't think. I used to think that the competition here wouldn't be too strong, but seeing some of the players play as good with Pad as US players play with stick, I realise I've been wrong.

I don't think many UAE players will add you if they think the match lagged even in the slightest. They might if you beat them and give them good competition. The only UAE players in my list are:

kumasama3 - Fuerte player who rarely comes online. Though he's pretty friendly.
Sashio - Crazy good Viper player
FHD_NMX - Friendly UAE player, fun to talk on the mic. But his PSN comment is 'Full bars please' or something like that
New_Snake - I think he's from the UAE. Haven't fought with him in a while so I don't remember much.

They won't add u unless u impress them with ur gameplay.. these guys are Abuses will lead to banin real patriots (always have a UAE in their id lol) and have their own top players.. another factor cud be the lag..

the limited interaction iv had with with UAE players on PSN as been pretty ok. mho-j in particular is really friendly, when i started using chun he didnt mind giving a few tips etc while i played against him.

apart from that iv added random people and they all seem like a cool bunch.

they probably dont like blanka muaaz xD

Come on fellas, I only added them after I beat them :S

I've managed to add about 4-5 people through the search matches feature however most of them don't add me back. Plus, mho-j is the worst of the bunch honestly. The only time I played with that guy was when he had a tournament match with me. After that, whenever I see him playing SSF4 and ask him to play, his reply is 'busy'

Sashio is probably the best UAE player I have seen so far. I'm sure he would add me back but I lag with that guy real bad. I can never counter his cross-ups due to the frikkin' lag.

I also have SedoSan in my list. The guy is friendly and has an AMAZING Viper. Trust me Fareed, you gotta play with this guy. He puts my Blanka to shame.

And regarding the full bars thing, I get yellow bars with every UAE player but none of them lags.
