Ptcl is nothing but trouble .kindly donate your hairs when you pluck them in frustration instead of throwing them on grounds .a lot of people can get benefit from them .

i can understand ur frustration but believe me their GPON service is way better no problems nothing.

yes after installation of msag internet is working fine even on those same old copper wires only issue is old equipment only downtime was during loadshedding for whole day in last 8 months

Does it really affect the existing copper lines too or it may just be a placebo effect? [MENTION=42544]murtaza12[/MENTION]

Usually with new MSAG, new DPs are installed as well.

In which case, existing copper lines will become a lot more usable.

I got this much for 10Mbps (old package) which cost same as 15Mbps i.e Rs. 2,650

I still think something is wrong with Bill calculation. I haven't received the bill yet though.
