Would be interesting to see how much are these channels pulling out in terms of bitrate in real time but I guess ptcl provides no option to see that.

I think you're on gpon? Did they increase your speed further to accommodate these new channels?

Gpon? Yes. So no way of knowing if the bandwidth was bumped. My internet is still the same.

Changing the res affects the whole interface, so I really can't say.

Is PTCL sucking more than usual for anyone else lately? Gaming's been impossible for a month now but stability issues + speed issues are on the rise as well.

Anyone with Fiberhome Hg150ub modem with broadcom chip can run dslstats to show you very detailed information about your line. SNR per tone, QLN data, Hlog and bits loading per tone on your line.
First you need to turn on telnet in modem settings.
192.168.10.1 for modem webpage
username admin
password written on backside of your modem if you haven't changed it yet.

management > access control > services control

check telnet for LAN only and you are good to go.

If you want to test telnet is working. You need to turn on special feature from windows 10.

Type turn windows feature on or off.

Scroll down, You will see telnet client. Check it. And it will install.

Now if you want to check if it is working or not, Type cmd in windows search bar, right click on it and run as administrator.

type telnet and ip address of your modem

C:\WINDOWS\system32>telnet 192.168.10.1

Press enter, It will ask your username and password.
Login: admin
Password:

Now you are good to go to next step.
Download dslstats from internet.

Can anyone please tell me whats going on with my internet , i m pretty noob in these matters , help is really appreciated. . . , i have posted my router's rates etc and speed test below

i have been facing this issue from last ten days and i have complained PTCL number of times , lineman comes and says line rates, wire ,dsl splitter , port etc everything is working fine , its just the congestion issue ( people staying at homes due to lock down and over using and traffic blah blah ) that's why u r not getting the allocated speed. Its a 15MB VDSL connection and 10 days ago it was working fine and i were getting the 15.1MB down and 8.0MB up speed , no issues whatsoever EVER. . .

I have a business to look after through video surveillance and GPON is not yet available in my area , HELP ASAP!!!

yeah excalty jitter is the issue. . ., but whats the solution?? PTCL is not helping at all , actually they are themselves helpless i think.
