A simple cable from your ONT to your router should do the trick. There's no special configuration needed from my experience.

You will have to add the IP address and gateway of the ONT in the other router's settings to use it as an AP.
The EU servers connectivity issue in BF3 and BF4 seems to have been resolved. Now, the pings are showing up for all of them.

ADSL at the moment. Converting on VDSL sometime in next week or so. The current modem they are issuing is fiberhome HG 150 ub. I don't whether you can change it's DNS though.
Wait for the new VDSL modem.
It probably won't have an option to change DNS, but you can set manual DNS on each client instead.
Thanks for the reply. How would i change the DNS manually. I thought the only way you can change the DNS by going onto the modem page 192.168.x.x and then changing the DNS from advance settings.
Each client has different ways of doing it.
Windows, Android, iOS, etc all allow custom DNS servers.
RX power is extremely low.[MENTION=42544]murtaza12[/MENTION] Are these stats fine? TX stat usually fluctuates by 0.2 dBM you said anything less than 0.7 dBM shouldn't cause any issues, But i do face some packet loss in games, What can be the reason for this? Do you have any ideas?

Either their hub / FDH is very close to you, or something is up, but that RX power is really on the low end of the spectrum.
They did place a black box on the pole which is like couple of feet away from my home. What is the idle RX power level? I did send them a screenshot, they too said something about the power and they said they will send over some guys to fix it. Also according to the tech guy this is currently EPON not GPON but they will shift it to GPON.
