What is Interleaved? how to know if my vdsl connection is on interleaved or not ?
DSL has "interleaving" levels/depths which is basically a hardware level error correction, it fixes errors in transmission but adds delay. As a gamer you want interleaving off or interleaving depth as low as possible, this is because it's better for a bad packet of data to be dropped and re-transmitted by a higher level protocol UDP or TCP/IP than delayed. On VDSL2 the line settings are managed "automatically" by the DLM system, if you have a good line you'll get a good profile with low interleaving depth/delay.

Trace complete.

I emailed them on [email protected] about a routing issue with server IPs etc but I guess they misunderstood the issue and configured something from the exchange.

Have emailed them. Let's see. Also if you can tell me what ping are you getting at dxb.valve.net and sgp.valve.net? Also post your speedtest if possible.

Interleaving on or off won't make much of a difference if you stream Youtube videos and browse the internet. Yes, some level of interleaving is being applied on your line as you can see the interleaver depth values. But your line is good and interleaving can be turned off. If you are a gamer then it is worth it getting it turned off. Post a traceroute to 8.8.8.8 so I can see the exact ping to first hop. Thank you.

First hop is a bit strange, are you connected through LAN or WiFi?

Either way, PTCL seems to have messed up routing to Google DNS... unless it has always been like this.
shaheerk What sort of latency do you get to Google's DNS?

Wirelessly (PTCL VDSL ZTE Router)
Run the same traceroutes over LAN instead.

Running over WiFi is pointless since the pings are spiking all over the place and that makes the traceroute results worthless.

are my parameter fine.. shall i request for 15MB,, and Annex M switch, please let me know
You'll have to post a screenshot of your line stats for that.

Traceroutes are irrelevant in determining whether or not you're able to upgrade.
