Google Play is an app store, not a media player as far as I know. Sorry, I don't have any idea about custom roms, I was actually talking about the stock music player on stock roms.

Installed tTorrent. And it's the best torrent client that I have used on android. Multiple simulataneous downloads, resumable, full download speed. I have 1mb ptcl and I get 100+ speed easily. downloaded an indie game for pc on it for checking and found no broken or coruupted files. Lite version has download speed limitation so better download the pro version. very impressive app and best for pakistani users as we get so much loadshedding and voltage fluctuations so we can not run the pc during nights. So this is a nice solution for it. Must have app!
PS: it drinks the battery a little bit faster so better charge up your fone full before leaving it on during night time.

Smart cam and Ip cam, you can try try both.
IP webcam is bit technical, but give you more control from within your browser e.g you can toggle flashlight, focus your camera and stream it a player of your choice(e.g vlc) . You will need a mpeg driver/software (link provided in web control panel), for using it with Skype.
IP webCAM is airdroid of webcam.
Smartcam offer you connection over Bluetooth, which Ip webcam doesn't. Previously I used Smartcam, but now I use Ipcam

I'm having problem with AirDroid. When I try to upload files from my PC to SDCard, the files just hang... Doesn't upload :/
