AssalamuAlaikum PG, I'm new to this thread, and will be soon coming in the Alevels.
I took Pure Sciences from PAF chapter. Now am a bit confused about my college decision.
I want to continue medical. And I have 2 options for Alevels completion.
1) City School PAF Chapter Alevels
2) St. Patrick ALevel system.
Can anyone help me out?

Doesn't matter much, it all comes down to YOU in the end.

And I think if you're going for Medical in Pakistan, you'll be at a disadvantage against Fsc applicants due to the unique way our education system is set up

Well, as far as I've heard, PAF's A levels is pretty good. I have a few friends there and they're all satisfied. However, most people I meet have a negative view of City School in general. I have no idea why its reputation is so bad, but it is what it is.
As for Pat's, imo, only certain people can succeed there. If you're good enough to get into the student council, then go to Pat's, otherwise PAF/Lyceum/Nixor will be your best options.

Alhamdulillah my creditions sastisfy all requirements for the admission in Pats.
PAF is unreputated because of the Rape scene that took place around 5 years ago. People aren't really ready to forget that case.

Yeah I'm inclined towards it absolutely love the subject. Just hate the rote stuff pertaining to fooked up visionaries and Marx Bourgeoisie yada yada.

Why...just, why?

Because, I have to compulsorily take a fifth subject in AS. Sheer madness.

It's Art, Business, Computers, French, Further Math, Thinking Skills, Law, Psychology, Econ, Accounts, Engish Lit, World History, Sociology.

Personally, I was inclined towards FM, but that'd have been an overkill.

Of the remaining, I'd take Econ, but I've heard none but bad things about it in comparison to O Level Econ.

From those left, Art's out, Business, not my cuppa, Computers meh, French meh, Lit meh, Accounts, never done before, World History super meh.

So, it's down to Psychology, Law and Sociology.

I've heard Psychology in A Levels has a lot in common with Biology. If that's true, this one thing is enough for me to cross it out
