I have loaded 850Rs. and got 644PKR.. Switched my phone and mobile data was on for 2-3 seconds only.. 154PKR has been deducted .. WTF
and secondly I cannot subscribe to *140# package.. it says I am not eligibile for it.. WTF man I wasted 900PKR rs.
You sure you didn't use out of bundle data during this time?
But call them up and ask them why they did this.
Oh, and before you try that, put the phone in airplane mode, then take it out. Their data counter doesn't update in real time, and a cut off in the data is required (not the same as disabling data and re-enabling it within the minute or so) in order to refresh their stats.
It's worth a shot!
Also, is this SIM still on the employee number? Check which package you have... Maybe it's not on that. Or maybe - the menu is back but you can't choose from the options...?
