Telenor's 3g speed on speedtest does not show its actual strength. Here its showing between 2-3mbps but on actual download it has reached upto this

Though it was waving around 800kB to 1.2mB but still not bad.

It is Zong Employee Package. It is for 250 rupees and can be activated on any zong number, which has been added into the list of eligible numbers of package by an employee.

Ye ek package ha jo sirf zong mai kam karnay wala apko dey sakta ha .. Ye package wo kisi avain ko nai detay siway apnay close dosto aur rishtaydaro ko .. So bhai ap ka zong mai koi kam karnay wala ha to usay kahye kay apka number wo add kr deey .. Bandwidth same hy hoti ha sb ki .. 250rs mai 30GB apko mil jaiga sath mai call rates bh sasti
Khair try krlo pr ajkal wo add nai krty kisi ko, han agar sifarish ha yo phr mazzay

Yep, I'm in that list and cannot add you because I'm not a zong employee ( else i would have everything unlimited and free ) and as [MENTION=25702]khan1[/MENTION] stated above. You get 30gbs by paying 250 rupees, else 1 rupee/mb, 0.50/sms and 0.50/30 secs calls

Telenor 3G in lte wingle peak time

Now i am using one external antenna now speed in peak time has increased from 2.2 mb to 4.5 mb and getting upto 10 mb on non peak time.

I have never seen these speeds in Pindi Islamabad... Also, this is the first speed test of Lahore, so I have yet to see how other areas perform.

Also, Telenor's 3G coverage on the motorway is pretty crap - like, preeeety craaaap! You're definitely better off using Zong!

Update: so its weird - I decided to run speed tests on both testmy.net and speedof.me, and the highest transfer rate I got there (by looking at the meter reading on the top of the screen) is 320KB/s.

And not 1.8 MB/s.

Fishy fishy! Oh well, I'll test it in a few other locations as well.
