Yeah man, i can second that. Lately, I have been experiment with it's signals inside my house and when i go to drawing room and tv lounge which is next to our garage. I get 3G and 4G which i never got before Mobilink-Warid merge. Due to their merger, we get 3G whereever 4G fails and vice versa. Also their signal strength has imrpoved drastically. I only hope that complete merger completes asap and both get one name and everything so we customers don't get problems as people complaining about balance deductions etc.

I have ported my zong to Mobilink and I am more then happy all needed is some good package as they know they are good so they charge as much as they like. For eg data limit on Rs75/7 days package went down to 500mb from 1500mb.

Yeah they will have a same name eventually. Warid app isn't working properly i noticed it too. I subscribed to data bundle through USSD code but it didn't show remaining data and usage details via app.

I agree - browsing on Telenor (at least in Pindi - on Murree Road and Rawal Road) isn't great at all. I was trying to open CNN, and the speedometer was showing speeds between 20-30KB/s.

I had opened BBC as well, and that had similar speeds as well. By the time I reached on a video, my location changed slightly, but the video was playing fine though (no buffering).

So - browsing isn't all that great. Also, in Pindi, you can't simultaneously use data while on a voice call (you can in Islamabad - right after you get off Faizabad and hit Islamabad Highway towards Islamabad).

I guess you get what you pay for.

I did a complaint through Telenor Live Chat and he said that we are providing you maximum 3G speed. (Like i didn't know [emoji13]

Telenor need to speed up their 4G coverage as it's quite poor. They cover quite little in Rawalpindi for 3G for example.
