Yes it is correct.
According to [MENTION=11094]StrikerX[/MENTION] he tested Warid 4G in DHA 2.

I have d802 and never thought about lte option, after watching some posts here, I was worried because there was no lte option. That code does work, why we have to use the code for lte? Why dont they put it with other network options by default.

I selected gsm/wcdma/lte.

I am a telenor user.

I believe the LTE option only comes when a 4G SIM is inserted. Since Telenor doesn't even have 4G, it makes sense why the option hasn't appeared.

Only on Samsung phones the option doesn't always come.

I think you are right because after sometime it goes back to showing gsm/wcdma only.

Yup DHA PH2 is covered, I entered from ISB Exp. way side -> TIPU Boulevard -> Jinnah Boulevard -> exited from GT-Road Gate, had 70%+ signals all the way.

brother i have vega 890 how do i force the phone ---i put the sim in g flex and g pro 2 , both of which support 4g zong ftw ---

i enabled all the setings of apn as told by inception even --- can u pls share a detailed list of apn setigns options

if phase 2 is covered then i am sure phase 1 will be covered as well

This issue is with zong. On my g2 i activated lte option after rooting the device. Now same issue with note 3. Haven't rooted note 3 yet as in my area zong 3g is better then 4g so don't need 4g as of now. I only got good speeds on 4g at scheme 3 and saddar. Best was at scheme 3, upto 32 mbps.

why do we have to root phones for 4g ,i mean if that was the case then the 2 lg models would not pick up zong 4g signals , its either the coverage area which makes sence coz in both phones same thing .

We have to root the phones as LTE option is disabled in countries where LTE is not launched ... therefore we recently got LTE so in future when the phone is launched it will be LTE compatible ... i have sent u my apn setting ss on whatsapp ... that setting was done by warid rep. When i went there ... it works totally fine for me !!

It supports 4g of Warid as well if it supports zong. If you're checking indoors then Warid has little to no coverage of 4G from what I've seen. I don't know about your phone but can't you go into your phone's info menu via this code *#*#4636#*#* -> Phone information -> Select network as LTE only.

One more thing, did you get texts from Warid when you used the sim for the first time? Like your 4G sim has been activated or something along those lines?

Simple answer is yes it supports warid 4G too if its working fine with Zong ..

it works but not indoors , outside yes geting LTE but compared to ZONG speeds of over 26mb even this is like max 7mb download and 9mb upload thats outside my house will see in islamabad

Give them some time .. it will improve for sure as the equipment is world class with warid ... this is speed test done in gawalmandi Rawalpindi

Warid is using Ericsson again as their vendor for LTE. Telenor I know is using ZTE, rest of the lot is also using either ZTE or Huawei (correct me if I am wrong, didn't double check)
