Wait... what??Did i asked for any justification? don't be coward. Its a true fact, face it.
and these things happen everywhere around the world, its not only in pakistan. Kids bully each other, tease people by committing annoying acts, etc just for fun. As the OP mentioned, the poor boy was on bicycle, he could have chased him too but he didn't, there must be a reason behind it.
I'm sorry but A young boy was having fun and OP interfered from nowhere to spoil it and imagine if he was one of your family member, would you have let the OP go?
He has no right of scaring the hell out of a young lad. OP pursued him just for fun, I feel for the innocent soul.
-The kid didn't chase him because he had no chance.
-How do you know the intentions of the OP?
-They Tease and bully each other for self-fulfillment, not for fun.
-Since when did STEALING and THIEVERY become FUN?? There is something wrong with you.
-He has every right to inform the elders of his act, and as a citizen and a MUSLIM we are duty-bound to stop evil acts when we SEE IT.
