Fell in love with pretty much every game I played back in the days.
Snow Bros, Crazy Taxi, Metal Slug, Midtown Madness and those King of Fighters I used to play on Neo-Geo Emulator :)

It was:

This game was way ahead of its time. You could change the character on the fly, could drive turtles van to get through different building, under water swimming but most of all hard as hell for me back then.

Another love of the same era, holla if any one else played it aswell:

This game had excellent stunt jumps, with the ability to create custom tracks and jumps, all on:

Good times.

Well I can tell you my first loves from each era of gaming. From DOS era, and my true first love: Prince of Persia:Shadow and the Flame. Man how much I loved this game, still do, and will play it on DOS with the same love. Then moving on to PS1 era, I fell in love with Resident Evil 2,3. Dino Crisis 2, Metal Gear Solid 4. After that it is just one game after the other, but none truly evoking the emotional attachment that I hold for these games.

back in 1999 I fell in love with Resident Evil 2 on PC ... don't even remember how many times I finished the game! those were really golden days of gaming.. I really miss that time.. now it's just all about shitty Graphics and nothing more the replay value has gone to "0" for me... before that when I was a kid I fell in love almost every game I played on Nintendo and Sega like Double Dragon, Vice, TMNT, Contra (well that was the most played game in my childhood)

Early 90's was the real time for Family Entertainment I remember all those funny and exciting moments along with your cousins/friends/siblings all together sitting in a room fighting each other for grabbing the joypad haha.. and watching the video game on TV and telling the player "yeh na karo, yahan jana hai, yeh aise karain to yeh hoga, Jin agaya" hahaha GOLDEN DAYS they were really and we all were in KSA back then. Video Games and Cartoons were the real entertainment.

Now it's just your Abuses will lead to ban-Ass Gaming PC/Console and eye candy style games focused on Graphics mostly and nothing else.. Everyone has fancy phones and access to the internet and the so called Master-Race and Fanboyism fighting over tiny things that doesn't even matter in real life. It's just your PC or Console and Yourself and no one else. Sigh.... we're doomed and bound by technology..

BTW, i started Ghost of Tsushima, and it got me hooked within the first couple of minutes. I already know It's gonna be a memorable experience. This is how you make a proper Samurai game. Not that SJW game Ubisoft is making.

That's still higher than it's total play length. A 5 hour campaign for a $50 game is downright scammy.

Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
The cross gen era really made people think 60fps would be a new standard lol

Welp, done with Hellblade 2. Thoroughly disappointed. Such a nothing burger after the unique experience of the first game.

I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

It is indeed the worst generation by far.

Both PS and Xbox have been a flop this gen as they can barely maintain 30 fps in a lot of AAA games th.

  • L LegacyGamerGuy:
As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.

Still, I wonder why the PC Gamer rated it worse than Gollum. 🤔

Gradually transitioning from console gaming to PC as the games are not worth it. 6 hours of Hellblade 2 is just not worth the $50 price tag.
Score 1 for game pass. I wouldn't pay full price for this at retail either.

Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.

Still, I don't like either Sony or Microsoft as they are focusing more on corporate greed than delighting customers. PC gaming is best of gaming and worth every penny.

PC Gamer score of 58/100 for Hellblade 2??? Is it really worse than Gollum that was 64/100? Microsoft games can't even come close to high scores of Sony exclusives apparently.

About the Microsoft (and Sony) debate, I feel both have become too greedy and losing their minds over corporate greed. Personally, I will never buy any console next gen and switch to PC gaming where democracy reins.
