any guesses? it was 6 hours 30min on heavy usage including half hour camera usage with hdr and panorama photos , half hour hd gaming
So I bought a S5 active used, already have intl note 3 and decided for a battery check, ran a video with 50% brightness and headphones at 60% volume in airplane mode results are amazing
S5 active on lolipop 10 hrs playback still 40% left
Note 3 with KK 10 hrs playback with 33% left
Ill do another test tonight and will post results, comments highly appreciated

Extremely happy with the battery performance of my used G2. That too on the power hungry lollipop. It'll easily get to around 6 hours and 30 minutes of screen on time on this room. Might get 7 or 8 hours on cloudy2.2 rom
Personally this is a huge upgrade from my 4 hour Moto X SOT.
My Sony Xperia Z1 compact does this without going into airplane mode that too on LP 5.0.2. Lol generic calculations always differ, and the firmware+Android version at the time they tested counts too. Anyway, I'll be posting some screenshots soon, so, these generic images and calculations won't matter anymore [emoji38]No offence intended!

Screen time is NOT always a true indicator of physical usage. Setting the sleep time to 30 mins, and leaving your cellphone in standby mode at 0% brightness can give you 30+ hours of screen time or even more ;-)

Not video playback, bro, but for random usage which includes video playback, games, browsing, and the rest is for texting, etc. Gsmarena probably got their tests done way back when it got released so the software and firmware have come a long way from then. Even the antutu scores of this phone cross 45k now. On Android KK and below, they didn't. So it's all about better firmware and software as well. Anyway, I'll be posting in tomorrow as well. Will let the battery go down to the 15-20 percent mark this time around.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
