How do you folks record off consoles btw? talking about ps3, as i do not have an xbox. I have an HTPC connected to the television. Do I use the multi AV from ps3 to a TV tuner in the HTPC? will the HDMI out from the PS3 also output to the TV at the same time?

Henaki on the Shoryuken.com message boards mentioned he heard through a friend of a friend of a friend that the 10 new characters for Street Fighter IV Dash (Champion Edition) are:
From Street Fighter 2: Dee Jay and T. Hawk.
From Street Fighter 3: Dudley, Ibuki and Makoto.
From Street Fighter Alpha: Adon, Cody and Guy.
Plus two completely NEW characters.
He claimed this information would be revealed at, or right around the time the Tokyo Game Show takes place (Sept. 24 - 27).
Now, pretty much anyone could jump on the forums and claim these characters will be in the game, but Henaki has a solid reputation and a ways after his post was made the thread was deleted. Normally, threads are locked for stuff like this, but the current post was up to 4 or 5 pages before it was zapped.
Regardless, it will be difficult to know the facts until more is confirmed from Capcom or another source, but we know from the official Japanese Street Fighter 4 blog that something is coming soon.

Over at the Japanese SFIV blog, Shiozawa-san recently shared some of concept sketches for the SFIV alt. costumes. In addition to the art, she explains that the motivation behind the alt costumes was that they be outfits the characters would actually wear in the course of their individual pursuits.
So for instance, Blanka is adventuring through the jungle, Cammy has a "cold weather operation" suit (although I'd suggest, I dunno, pants?), and Dan has a special training outfit for all the extra time he spends practicing to actually win a match.

I think it should be announced on TGS, got my fingers crossed for it anyway.
Can't wait to find out who the two new characters are! I never really played SF Alpha and SF3, so am not too familiar with those characters. But Dee Jay and T Hawk were the only ones missing form SF 2, glad to see them back.
I also would love to hear more about the nerfs and tweaks they made on the existing characters.

I was really waiting for SF4: Dash news and since the SF4 was missing with Dee-jay and T-hawk i'm glad that they included two potential characters in the upcoming edition and two new characters can't wait who could that be.
Because of all of the recent news about the upgrade/sequel to Street Fighter 4, I thought it would be fun to jump back in time a bit and take a look at one of the earlier versions of the game before it received the current changes.
Notice how Abel's super animation endup up being the animation of his ULTRA after the punch.. Abel's Super had three different outcomes depending on the strength of the button you pressed. Light would end with a shoulder tackle, Medium a Tornado Throw and Hard would do his elbow launcher move... it sucks tht they removed tht Hard punch super.. wud've been awesome to connect with ULTRA just after tht.. oh well thts Balancing ... Njoy!!
