Summer Job.

Okay guys so my CIE exams have ended and now my summer vacations have started. So I've got about 2 months and a week in hand and I wanna make that useful by getting a summer job.

Now this will be my first time working so I don't have any experience from before.

I'm 16 and well I can almost do anything and my English skills are great and I'm in Karachi.

Thing is idk where to get a job or a internship and basically I want a paid one and one that will get me out of my house.

So can someone recommend me or help me with this please?! I'd be grateful to them

P.s I don't wanna do those online typa jobs in which you gotta upload stuff and all

hey lil bro at same age i also have worked in summer vacations in my cousins Refrigeration workshop. it was 2002 and as i choose Technical Trade in Matriculation so it was very useful for me in my final exams when i saw a question which never guessed by our teacher. most of students failed in that subject...it was about refrigeration. i remember the question till now. BTW it was a big workshop ..include customer service out of city for our own fully automatic water cooler which complete made in our workshop.

you must do any job related your field ..and i hop it will be useful for you

Since your English is good and you are an energetic young man, I would suggest you to join a summer camp meant for extending tuition services to the students during summer vacation. By this way, you can utilize your talent, you can help others, you can kill your time, you can improve your knowledge and you can earn something as well.

Ask around in your neighborhood. Ask friends, relatives. Pretty easy to find elementary kids.

Yeah I've got summer camps in mind however I doubt I can teach em anything other than English because I my self have problems you know studying and whatever however I wanted a kind of a fun job or something you know Idk different.

Where? I don't wanna teach at my house since the whole point is getting out of the house. If I stay in my house for 2 months I might as well as get admitted to a mental asylum right now..

Like [MENTION=25320]omarko[/MENTION] said, teach tution : D I make 25 k a month from ONLY 3 kids ^___^ I charge 5k a subject since I had superb grades in O levels and A levels too. But tutions are a tricky thing as getting them on your own (especially in this economy where people want quality as cheap as possible) is impossible. All of my Students were my aunts son's classmates who were in grade 5-6 and I got paid 5k / subject for just an hour a day and in the end I delivar A's (sm1)

its bit of a hectic job to find tutions in summer atleast, though when new batch are started it will be good to gather students but for that too you have to market yourself
