One of the questions is, where will the said router be placed? I'm not good with measurements so not sure 2 Kanal or 2000 sq ft, ka kya hisaab hai.

Depending on the placement, you may require a repeater or mesh network system to have the whole area covered.

Also what will be your broadband speed?

Bro as far as I know a single router will never cover such a large area. You will have to certainly place range extender or extenders throughout your house to cover dead zones. Much much cheaper & efficient than buying one expensive router. You can easily buy Mi Wifi repeater pro for 2.5k from mistore pk.

In 30k budget, you can build a pretty good home network. Get an old Gigabit switch (Preferably Cisco) from market and hook multiple 5GHz compatible wireless access points to it. Using multiple wifi repeaters one after the other will add latency and introduce new bottlenecks.
Also, buying used high end networking equipment is usually a much better idea than buying new low end equipment in the same budget. Old Networking equipment (especially cisco's) are built for professional use, are very reliable, & rarely stop working.

Can you suggest a use case or a network diagram to explain this or if you can tell us suggested items to buy and setup or maybe make a tutorial for the PG Community?

It's very simple actually. Here's some quick MS paint art.

You should always hook up your wireless APs like shown above for optimal performance. Usually, the router (CPE device) our ISP gives us has 4x RJ45 LAN ports, You can hook an AP with each port and scatter those around the house according to your needs.
If you need extra LAN ports around the house, then just get a switch, and hook up everything to it. Yes, this will use more wire & create cable management issues, but it's much better. Usually, everybody uses WiFi in home these days so most home users won't need a switch.
Regarding switches, I don't know what the latest in market these days. You can find tons of these in Hall Rd & Hafeez centre. I know Cisco 3750 series is quite common in market. Can easily be found in Gigabit near 8-9000Rs. For Wireless APs, A good Dual Band 5GHz AP (Any brand) can be had anywhere from 2000-6000Rs per AP depending upon various factors like speed, antennas etc.

Other than APs or Optional Switch, your money will be spent on some good quality CAT6 cable (20-25Rs/yard), and an electrician for wiring (unless you DIY it).
