Hmm. Thats weird. I get 300 to Singapore but I get 130ms to Europe? Im using StormFiber and I can easily play on European server on games with 130-150ms, never reached 250ms

I made a mistake there. I am currently playing pubg in european servers. Check these pings to get the idea.

Man, it doesnt matter if you are a user of cyber net and i am a user of stormfiber. Stormfiber is owned by cyber so basicallt cyber net provides them the internet so its kind of a division of Cyber net. If your local dealer is using cybernet then we should/will get same pings because we do have the same internet provider in the back end. Me and a group of friends are spamming their customer service like crazy so lets hope for the best.
Yea I know that, that's why I asked this question in the storm fiber thread. I thought you assumed that I was using storm fiber lel How's your ping to Pakistan btw? I get 1 bar with 70% of Pakis but 2-3 bars with Europe.

Was getting yesterday. Resetted the ONT and fine since then.
Btw: if you set your country to any other than UK in WLAN settings, speeds go to shit. Weird stuff but basically what I observed.

Seeing crap speeds while connected to Ethernet, so I guess we can rule out WLAN settings here. Looks like I'll have to get on a call with them.
Yeah. Another thing is sometimes U get 1mbps download on Speedtest but when I download something at the same time I get 10mbps speed. Weird.

Yep. Getting around 250ms. Singapore pings have been messed up from a few weeks now. Try joining Europe servers, you will be getting 130-150ms.

Europe Severs are better but all of my friends play on Sea, I have been complaining about ping since last 2 weeks and they claim it is due to their upstream provider and would be resolved soon, but its been 2 weeks no change and their response is the same
Ohhh thats sad. 250ms is unplayable. Welp, lets hope they fix it soon. Thing is Nayatel is getting 120ms to Singapore and 40ms to ME and they are also on Transworld1 routing while we get higher being on transworld1 routing too. I can never understand this stuff.

I am quite fed up but I got this connection at the end of may, I dont have budget to move on to some otehr Isp and Im frankly stuck here
I have emailed them 15 days time to fix the pings issue otherwise myself along with 3friends will remove this internet. We had contacted their facebook page for csgo pings and other stuff before installing the internet, A friend of had went to their office to test the pings and speeds. The reason why I installed this was to play CSGO and other games without getting losses and chokes. Now, my other internet is working pretty good and giving good pings. If they doesnt fix their routing issue then I will have no choice but to go for transworld..

You will get the same pings on Transworld. StormFibers bandwidth comes from Transworld, but correct me if I am wrong.

Not really. Fiberlink is also on TW routing and I'm getting 80 to SGP and 20 to Dubai valve. You'll always get the best possible ping on TW. On the contrary, I was getting 200 to SGP a few months ago and SF was 80. Both times TW was 80
Ohh okay. Seems pretty weird tho. Also I contacted them on facebook about this issue or I would have to apply for Fiberlink too.
Also the download speed has been bad today. 2mbps max.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
