Yeah im getting quite the same thing. I think there are some ping issues going on in the back with Transworld or smthing. Hope they will fix it soon

You guys are Lucky.. Its my 19th day and still excited and waiting for them to install the connection. It would be great if anyone of you could post pictures of their routers and other stuff they have installed. Also, how much time did it take to install the connection?

Above is my setup. THE asus router is great no lags in gaming even if 10 people using simultaneously and great range
i only play dota 2
my ping are se asia : 118 ms
eu west = 150ms
dubai= 47ms

Here is a speedtest I made for anyone cueious. Absolutely loving the service. Constant speeds with great and stable pings. Feels so good playing a game without any interference.

problem lies with in i3d people in middleeast are having issues as well around everyone is getting 150 ms ping on bf1 ME servers

sry for the late reply mayn, some reason Tapatalk aint sending me notifs.

also, no double speeds at night. ONT device. Speeds are still good. Give me the IP for pubg or CSGO to ping and ill letchu know.

Ping to Middleeast is 150ms and EU is 140ms. Ping to dubai valve servers (which you will probably play on for CSGO) is aroung 40ms.

Thanks for the reply mate. Storm Fiber has been installed yesterday and its giving ne constant speed and stable pings. If it works a month without any problem then will definitely get 20mbps and cable.

Just got StormFiber installed this weekend and loving the consistent speeds throughout the day :



I installed the bundle package that also includes TV (without HD Box) but the quality of some of the channels is not very good. Local channels are fine but all foreign channels including sports channels are not crystal clear. I have already filed a complaint since the installation guys did not do complete installation of all my TV sets (1 remaining) and told they would visit the other days which did not happen.

Anyone else on SF having TV quality issues?

Getting 180ms to EU and 220ms to ME now. Guess no ISP is really good in giving proper ping in Pakistan. Really disappointed.

Same.. getting 250+ on Singaporean server. 300+ on indian servers, 150+ to all European servers and 30 in dubai.. I cannot play CSGO on those pings and pubg literally lags and can't play anything.
