I hope stormfiber still can switch to TW route otherwise I am probably stuck with this issue. They used to call me before after filing a complaint on helpdesk email address but they dont bother anymore.Here's my traceroute (on Transworld):

My brother mentioned that as well so it's probably happening but an entirely different issue. The first IP between TW and Omantel was affected which subsequently messed with every single server that was available through the Omantel route - that no longer happens. This is some other problem. Maybe you can post a traceroute of when it happens?
Not to hijack this thread, but I've been watching UFC payperviews (and free events for that matter) for a decade. There's a subreddit called MMA Streams.
It's usually empty but an hour prior to the event, it's populated with a bunch of (reliable/HD) streams.
That's how I've been watching them for a while now, but actual live TV is something else and a much better experience.
My first post. Since the start of January I also have high latency to middle east servers in certain games . Rocket league and Battlefield 5 used to be below 40 but now are constantly around 150-170 regardless of time of day.I don't know much about trace routing but i tried a to trace route i3d.net servers like someone else did a few posts above me.Seems like im on PIE routing as well.Don't know if i should try emailing Stormfiber and ask them to change my routing or just hold out a bit for it to be resolved on its own.
Email them because this issue is not going away. I have been in contact with them to resolve my issue and they are working on it. You should so the same.
I just hate that they shifted to PIE from TW.
If you really want to watch a quality tv, purchase an iptv service as you guys with stormfiber have minimum connection speed of 20/30 mbps, I'm 10 mbps ptcl it works like a charm
Which service do you use? I'm using one, and they have multiple streams for several channels (in case one goes down), but... Something is amiss from the service I'm using and I don't know what.
And feel free to PM me the response - I know this falls under a grey area.

i am getting high ping lately on nayatel. like 305 ping on League of legends EUW instead of 160. Can someone please tell me how to check my ping. I mean like that in CMD prompt. So that i can forward my complaint to them. Sorry for offtopic post.

Stormfiber support says they do not switch connections to TW now. Guess I am stuck with unreliable latency every night. :x

I found a Stormfiber customer who is on TW Route and also has high ping issues. This means stormfiber still has the option of TW Route but I am pretty sure the ping issue is cz of the fact that their bandwidth has exceeded due to increasing customers.
They are slowly shifting all customers to PIE routing. Afaik only Karachi is TW1 now, which they plan to switch to PIE too.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
