Can anyone share the status of pings on Rainbow six siege on SEAS and Europe with StormFibre??? And what about the pings on BF1 and overwatch?? Thanks

For R6S, you can expect a ping of 100ms to SEAS and 250+ for Europe. It used to be much better for Europe until they switched to PIE routing (<150ms)

Most likely won't be moving to TW any time soon, I'm afraid. The reason they gave were technical difficulties caused as a result of how they propagate their bandwidth (not a networking specialist myself :laugh1. I would recommend SF for reliable performance, but if you want decent ping to EU servers on R6S, I'm afraid it's not your best pick.

If a lot of us lodge complaints, could we get them to shift some of us to TW? My connection has been abysmal ever since they’ve shifted to PIE. The rise in pings hasn’t helped either.

I’m gonna do the same thing. I’ll ask them to optimise routes. Pings have shot up by as much as 30ms. I get a constant 180ms in Pubg and fortnite on EU whereas I used to get 140-150ms before. Same for valve servers. And for some reason my ping to AWS Sgp servers are 200+ms which makes no sense to me.

The first one routes me from Dubai and then goes to SGP, which is the one i prefer. The second takes me from EU to SGP. I think it has something to do with their nodes at Karachi. Is there something I can do about this?

Hi guys, I am long time user of Stormfiber in PECHS karachi, I am thinking to change to TES.

I am more than satisfied with SF but the reason to change is 1)Online gaming is not smooth and 2)TES 20mb package is priced same as SF 10mb package.

I need your honest opinion on TES as I have not faced any issues with SF in terms of customer support. Is online gaming(Ps4 Fifa 18) better than SF. please advice PG boyses

Exactly. They dont do jackshit about ping issues. I can give a large record of emails and calls i have made to their support with the same pathetic responses and to no avail. Dont know what i can do now tbh.

Check them here PUBG Server Ping PUBG Servers Ping and please tell me your pings. And I dont know about my DNS server, the normal one I guess. Havent changed any settings.

150ms to EY. 170ms to AWS servers (Ireland) 250ms to America.

I've switched between multiple DNS servers, and have realised that the best two are 202.163.118.202 and 1.1.1.1. The first being a Cybernet DNS, the second being Cloudflare.

Well i just found out that to get nat type 2 on ps4 you need to purchase Static IP plan from stromfiber.
