[SOLVED] Storm Fibers high ping

Hey guys i got storm fiber installed at the start of the month,blizzard package (30mbps), the browsing and downloading is excellent but i am experiencing high pings in the evening and at night. I play league of legends and the average ping is like 150 but at night it goes up to 250-300 or more. if you have any solutions please let me know thanks

Iv had sf for more than 3 months now without any issues. Pings have been amazing. Though since the past few days pings on all servers are extremely high.
Called them up today, and found out that its a backend issue from transworld. Apparently transworld servers are having some issue only with latency. Everyone having this issue l pls make sure you call sf several times so that there is enough noise for them to really get on transworld case. Hoping transworld is not like ptcl in these matters.

Yeap, seems a transworld issue.
I did a tracert to SEA and weirdly its being routed through India :/

My isp's provider is transworld too but there isnt any ping issue in day or night but download is slow from 8pm to 12 pm.

fun fact

fiberlink is also on tw and the problem is not there.
transworld tes residential has no problems
Stormfiber is buyin transworld bw from telenor/mobilink and not directly from tw ( also the amount of bw they have is little compared to the increasing users they are having).

I am also facing this issue on ps4, I get 300kbps on upload, thats abysmal. really disappointed in stormfiber.

    That's still higher than it's total play length. A 5 hour campaign for a $50 game is downright scammy.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.

    As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.

    Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.
