Here are all the rumors and speculation surrounding the PS5, including a potential PS5 release date, power, and launch games of Sony's inevitable PS5. Is the PS5 releasing in 2019?


What we Want From the PS5 Speculation aside, what would we ideally want from the PS5? Backwards compatibility for PS4 games would be brilliant, simply because you'd be able to carry over classics like the Shadow of the Colossus remake to the next console generation. We've seen how well Microsoft is handling backwards compatibility with its Xbox One consoles (including getting amazing results updating Xbox 360 games to run in 4K on Xbox One X), and something similar on PS5 would be great.

In terms of pure power, the PlayStation 5 has to significantly exceed the power of the Xbox One X. This means featuring more games running in 4K at 60FPS. If the PS5 can deliver about 10 TF of power we'd be happy, as this would allow devs to create games that look a generation ahead of what we've got now.

But what would the dream launch lineup be for the PS5? Death Stranding and The Last of Us: Part 2 are hugely anticipated blockbuster games, with the former especially looking to push the performance of whatever system it's on to the very limit. We've also mentioned Ghost of Tsushima and a sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, and the latter would be the perfect way to kick off a new console cycle from Sony.

Since I don't cross stalk people across different forums, unfortunately until you share your PSN name, we'll probably never gonna find out.
But you do still own a PS4, which unlike my every day PC usage is a dedicated gaming console, ek tarf dunya ko consoles ki buraaiya sunaani hai meanwhile also keeping one and using it for the awesome exclusives :laugh1:

Bhai jiski neeyat me hi khot ho usse kya add karna. Jab koi exclusive hi nahi tha khelne laik on PS4, to multiplat kon khelega on PS4? Wo to aapne khud nahi khele :laugh1:

And even the person dying for my attention admitted to dexing Re2 on PC, didn't buy Days Gone or Death Stranding. But sure if you wanna believe I play multiplats on PS4, you do you. :laugh1:

Aap 2 year old post choro, aap to kuch din pehle hi desktop building services dhoondh rahe thay on other forums. For all we know you have ordered the parts and are getting ready for next gen desktop PC gaming, or preparing for it already ;)

And don't worry if/when I get another PC I'll be sure to let everyone know :laugh1: Upgrade season is waiting for PS5 and trading in my Pro for it as far as I'm concerned for the next 12 to 24 months (y)

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
