[SOLVED] Unable to open files ... Urgent Help Required (Win8 Permissions Error)

I shared a folder over the LAN when I was on Windows 7. As I installed Windows 8, folder files are not accessible and are requiring appropriate permissions. I tried to adjust permissions but it didnt work for me.
Any of you people know the exact method or some software to fix it?

That Folder's Properties > Security > Advanced ... Post a picture of the windows which opens up.

For quickly take screenshots in Windows 8, press Win Button + PrtScr (Print Screen) ... Saved location will be "Libraries > Pictures > Screenshots".

Also, you should note that if you try to Browse the folder with CMD (as admin) ... you can see the files pretty easily. Which means "The Administrator" has the permission to open that folder. Which means, you should try to change the OWNER to "Administrator" instead of User (Zaeem).

For File Security Problems There is a KLUDGE . Simply Backup your files and Restore them. If you are confused on properly setting file security.

I have done this ... Some files are working in this folder.. while many are not.. Getting this error when tried to run..
