Nice, i am on nayatel and get mostly 170 and btw, do u prefer BF4 over BF3....?

to control recoil use clean barrel and Angled grip .... and one more thing are you using An94 with Full Auto or Burst fire mode ???
coz i use this gun As burst fire mode coz it has 1800rpm with burst fire .... if you cant control recoil than use compensator on barrel ... muzzle brake is not good for accuracy dont use that thing
