I am planning to upgrade my mobo from ASUS P4SD2-VM (DDR2) to ASUS P5G41T-M LX (DDR3). The reason I am upgrading is only memory speed. I can't overclock memory in my current mobo otherwise I wouldn't upgrade.
Here is the link for P5G41T-M LX

Should I really go for this upgrade? OR should I go for any other better mobo of DDR2 support which can efficiently overclock my DDR2 (667) up to the speed of DDR3.
Please help me make decision also tell me what I can overclock in P5G41T-M LX.. CPU, Memory or both? I don't understand features of overclocking
Here is face to face comparison.
