Intention Please

I Robbed on steam...international Guy steal my item by hack...i dont know who is guy but...but i see the name in Inventory history..
So how i or We can report or ban the ID permanent...

in Afternoon i post the trade on Dota2lounge...frequently i got invitation ..i accept and the guy send me Unknow link named as arcana..i open the link..but the link were not open...
and after 2 hour i open steam account and saw inventory //they took all of my rare...
what i can Do ..how i got the rare ..or we ban permanet the shit !!!!!!!!!
and how i protect the ID form the Scam's

I got scammed on steam, some random dude just stole my items through a hack, Dunno who that jackass is though, But I can still see his name in my trade history.
So how'd report the dude to steam so he can get a perma ban?

I posted a trade request on dota2lounge and in no time, got a invitation so I just accepted it right away.
He sent me some weird/odd/creepy looking link, I clicked on that without giving a second thought but the page just wont open so I was like meh screw that because im just that careless.
after a few hours I just thought about giving a look at my inventory just to see that everything from my inventory was stolen! (How could he because of my carelessness?!)

What'd I do?! How'd i get back my items?!
OR HOW DO I GET THAT FREAKING JERK BANNED?! (OMG OASNFKJD)

Or atleast...
Tell me how to protect myself from getting scammed....? ;-;

@OP: If you got good stuff in your inventory then you better not be clicking on unsolicited links even friaaandshipss requests these days.

I heard some people can even ddos your PC if you dont give them their desired item lol.
