saving games on the flash drive 2.0 and then play

my question is that if i save my games on my 32gb corsair and then plug in and play

will it give me performance like hard disk or i will get higher performance than hard drive

bcoz my bro deletes all my games like crysis assasin's creed and many other games

plz give me expert replies.

save games have a default location, u cant save anywhere on the hard drive, my default it'll either save in ur documents, ur application date or ur game folder, so all u can do is backup ur save files on ur flash drive then whenever u have to play and ur save games are gone put those save files from ur flash drive to ur main drive

If you mean installing it on your usb then dont think it would give that good performance.. cause when i had an ide drive even then my load times were high.. only after i got sata did i get improved load times.. so usb is even less then ide so think load times will suck and games could lag.. the other option you have is copying the save files to your usb and then when you reinstall paste it bak to the save location.. and why dont you hide or apply some kind of security on your games so that others cant delete it??

i think the loading times will be alot higher BUT there is a slight chance that it wont lag as much, most games have low loading times but they still load things in background , even though its preferred u use magnetic storage to store ur games , u can try installing them on usb and see how things go

they'll be slower thats for sure but they just might be playable (assasin's creed and crysis are games u really dont want to play off a flash drive)
