No it wouldn't.
Your best bet might be to avoid "k" series processor altogether as it is for the people who overclock their hardware. For 1150 socket you can chose from Asus, MSI, Gigabyte and Asrock. It depends upon your personal choice but if I were you, I wouldn't go gaga over the glittering motherboards with features I wouldn't even be needing in future. Recently I bought myself an Asus H87m-e which I am sure will suffice my needs. You may also check the h87 pro version.
For graphic card, you can wait for the Rx series by ati which is about to be released in Pakistan. A few days of wait will pay since they are offering a nice price to performance ratio. I am quite hopeful that Nvidia will lower its prices as well, if not substantial then for a considerable amount. Can't wait then go for 780 or 7970. MSI, Asus and Gigabyte again are your personal choices since they perform almost equally.
As far as PSU is concerned, don't go low on a device which will be responsible to power up your whole machine. Look for Xigmatek Centauro 700W reviews on net. They offer modular PSU and has recommendations from all the reviewers. Moreover, easily available on iamextreme. With 700w, you will be able to go sli/crossfire if you ever wanted to. Other than that corsair Ax/Hx and RM are recommended supplies but unfortunately not easily available. If they do, they are expected to cost you an arm and a leg.
Since you are going for top notch hardware, I will advise for a case with good air flow and some space for cable management. Haf/690/storm are equally good gaming casings with plenty of space for a graphic card, cable management and good airflow. If not an option then you may look toward thermaltake, xigmatek and corsair as well.
