Posting in case someone may be interested. My account contact (although I've disconnected Wateen now) sent me these revised rates:
Contention ratio is 1:10 (previously 1:4). I'm not sure if this affects upload speed. But I was previously subscribed to Wateen's 20mbit for 16,000 PKR/month and my upload was capped at 5Mbit (which follows the contention ratio they had previous). So it's possible that the new contention ratio also applies to upload bandwidth. In that case, the 100mbit package will likely have 10mbit upload.
They're obviously more expensive compared to Stormfiber/Fiberlink, but their support is much better than Fiberlink (if you're looking for 100Mbit outside of Fiberlink) and their deployment time is a week or so at most. The fiber they deploy is far superior in quality, too and they actually splice the cable after dropping it in your premises.
I'll consider migrating to Wateen once Fiberlink goes belly up (undoubtedly will eventually).
