i said i got a pop up on my system that said the promo has been extended till aug 31st, but my connection was downgraded to 2 MB, wtf ptcl ?

Apart from the slow browsing issues, have PTCL pings significantly increased for you all? I used to get pings in 170 range and now it's around 300 :S

i can confirm with me the pings are very high now
browsing speed is also affected

Guys my SNR margin is dropping to negative every few minutes and modem de-syncs. Changed the line, modem and the issue persists. What could be the problem?

was raiding in wildstar (usually any where between 135-145ms, EU) and it suddenly skyrocketed to approximately 600ms.

Its staying there and hasn't gone down (just to certain European routes).

Any one know whats up ?

Go to the DSL settings and select G Dmt only. Uncheck ADSL2+. Hopefully it will solve disconnection problem

A lot of other stuff is ticked too. Unticked ADSL2+ but still facing disconnections.

Is there anybody using PTCL android TV box? Can we install apps from google play in this device? I am talking about apps such as dailymotion and youtube so we can watch videos on TV.
I read somewhere it is "limited" android functionality. What is "limited functionality"??

well i had a similar problem.try changing the the small wire that is coming into the splitter.this solved my problem

I got the copper wire changed a few weeks back. I'll ask my lineman to do it again and yes i have tweeted to him multiple times. Thanks for your help.
