guys need help urgent, whenever i start playing some game, the game freezes and it close down. Next thing what i see is i found that ati catalyst driver has stop working and has been recovered. i am still getting this issue even i updated it the driver and install new driver too but same issue...

U both need to install a fresh copy of windows, after formatting all of ur drives ..............
its something in ur hdd which is causing this driver to fail........
Just install fresh window, then instal just the gpu driver and check it

lol you know what the problem is gone, i just restarted my pc after that its working fine

Yes u can play games like Battle field 3,etc at low or medium settings with ur intel HD 4000 check out this gaming benchmark

I've downloaded hp support assistant and it's downloading drivers for intel rapid storage technology, finger scanner and card reader hope that helps...

Download the GPUZ and check it out whether it is Quadro nv 160m or 4500HD....Then update us

UPDATE: modern warfare 2 running smooth.

trouble is that laptop heats up quite quickly. I bought cooler master u lite laptop cooler (single fan) and helped slightly. Want to know what is the optimal temperature on a laptop if I'm gaming on it? matlab the temperature at which it's safe for components to work? will buy some other casing fans and modify them to work via usb charger.

I just bought a HDMI cable recently and hooked my laptop up to my TV. The problem is the desktop which displays on the T.V screen is small, almost 21' diagonally while my T.V is 42'. I went to display settings, selected the 2nd monitor and increased the resolution but it won't go past 1280x800. I try dragging the little cursor thing to 1920x1080 but it just won't stay put. I'm guessing the laptop's shitty Intel gpu can't handle 1080p, but why won't the desktop cover the whole of the TV screen? I don't mind slight loss of quality over the screen displaying fully. Any ideas guys?

O yar just try to change the aspect ratio of your tv screen, which you can do by the "P.size" button, make it to 16:9 or to "Just Scan" ,every LCD TV have ,atleast the one i know. xD

Intel Core i3 2100
P8H61MLX MB
8GB DDR3 1333MHz
2x Sata HDD
1x Sata DVD RW
added Radeon HD7770

now my question is that I have a cheap Dany 400 watts PSU (shameful indeed), will it hold itself with that card and specs?
I checked extreme PSU Calculator(resulted 275-307 watts)
