First of all it is both Console are running at Dynamic Res. So therefore, when he compares graphics PC looks sharper on non RT mode.
No they're not, he clearly says they're not dynamic.



Second is that he is using Shadow Play to record his videos, which takes 5% to 10% performance..
Ok.

Third is that 2070 is not OC. OC means that clock speed above 2 ghz, which is even any custom models does like a butter so therefore, this guy has a reference version of GPU, which gets very hot and down clock like in this games, which goes to even 18xx clock speed.

Chalo ps5 win. If I go by your statement than it is shame because rtx 2070 has only 8.6 tflops and memory bandwidth is only 448.

Ps5 tflops is 10.2
Memory bandwidth is above 5xx.


Therefore, in terms of optimization both are performing according to there raw performance

"Resident Evil 7 on PS5 and the Xbox Series consoles has two graphical settings: High Frame Rate Mode and Ray Tracing. The High Frame Rate Mode and Ray Tracing can't be enabled at the same time, so there are three different modes available. PS5 and Xbox Series X in all modes render at a resolution of 3840x2160 using what appears to be a form of checkerboard rendering. Xbox Series S in all modes renders at a resolution of 2560x1440 using what appears to be a form of checkerboard rendering. That's for RE7, which has a different rendering setup compared to RE2 and Re3 remakes, which are native as per NXGamer.

Res 7 is less demanding compare to res 2 or rea 3. Both res 2 and res 3 using re engine updated.
