it is great sadness that i too have become a victim of fraud and scamming by a person, whom about recently i found out is a pro scammer and fraud. and honestly, it is a shame that none of us have been able to stop this person for good. but im not going to give this man a chance anymore, so i want everyone to help pool in to catch this guy for good.

i will slowly relate every detail and scenario but i must go back a bit. i was on facebook, and wanted to ask some old members of pg, JSHAK, TheLivingFlesh for advice on monitors. by chance, i dont know how, but on the ads, there was this babar Computer link mentioned, and i clicked on it. in the posts i saw some really cool stuff for sale and alot of comments about the seller being 100% trusty. so i kept scrolling and came across posts regarding monitors , so i came across this > https://www.facebook.com/SkyGamingStore/posts/809208756101295

in the post, you can see my posts started on february 21,2019. and hence it all started from here. the monitors price was for 28k and i got him to agree to 23k including shipping and adding a display port cable(later request). i texted him and he greeted very kindly and said yes item is available in good condition and will be shipped straightaway after payment. i said i will send you 3k online b-2-b. and the rest will send the next day. he confirmed my full payment by the next day and asked for my address etc for shipping. once everything was out of the way, he said he wil send item on monday as he did not have a monitor box at the moment and will need good packing etc. so i agreed and gladly realized he cares for the product. >>>> till 1st week of march, neither he had sent item, and made amazing excuses "mother is ill, 3-4 ppl died during this time, couriers are making "bahanas" and keeping lcd at their place and he thinking they have sent it LOL, had to sell my phone, personal problems etc etc". i was very shocked with his response to this deal. finally i told him pls forget the deal and return my money as i dont care for the monitor now. he said ok, but as a "friendly gesture" i will still send you the monitor, whenever it arrives to you, you can repay me the amount again. and i said fine, but was skeptic.

after much persuasion and abuses, he sent me 10k to my account on march 23,2019 (dont ask how many times i have sent him my acc, even the FBI only need once to catch you). baki he told me he will send it in the coming week. i took pity and agreed. >>> it is now may 1st, and the remaining 13k has not been returned. and after alot of dhamkis and abuses, this person has not budged. he very calmly says, "you will get payment today" but it never comes.

to pg members and mods and admins, please i implore you to help me catch this guy, @Jshak already knows my case and i told him already so he will try to help how he can possibly can. guys its not about money anymore. Allah or dega insha Allah. but we need to stop such crimes and as Muslims we honestly need to stand up yar. bohut hogya hai letting such people go without punishment. aj 10k kal 10lakh. why are we not doing anything about it?

the problem is this person was mutual friends with 2 members i mentioned earlier, and i didnt have to ask them if babar was legit. i very late found out through another member (who i will not disclose because half his claim was correct and the other half was wrong) told me that he is a big fraud and had done the same with a friend of his.
i started a whatsapp group same Pakgamers, and there alot of people only know babar from his fraud cases and the more i was reading it, the more i got sad that i had not researched properly from start regarding this seller.

anyways, those who need proof (admins/mods esp) pls can contact me > 03469196913. but i dont think its much needed as already junaid bhai has ample proof of the deal.
the important thing is now we all take an action.
this is what i know so far >
1.Babar Ali is from bahawalpur and his shop address is stadium Road, Uni Tower, !st floor shop# f14 bahawalpur. which is linked to SKYGAMINGSTORE as well. some people in the whatsapp group have claimed that skygamingstore is a trusty person, yet they have not accepted my request to join their group on facebook. lol
2. his number 0304 5569092 is registered to another person (some ghulam hussain from lahore)
3. this his facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Babar.9083
4. he constantly updates babar computer posts and almost the 2nd day he lists item as sold , literally.

for now this is all i know, those of you who live near bahawalpur or know some relative friend who lives there, to track this shop and the owner and let the admins or me know about this,

im not leaving this person without any action on him. if admins are not going to help me here, then sorry to say, you are not worth being admins etc. need to step up everyone. help me and yourselves from such people

Sorry you had to experience that, but there's nothing that PG can do to help now. He's been banned for almost a year now because he scammed a lot of members here, including some premium sellers.

We gave him multiple chances but he never returned anyone's money or sent the product.

The excuses you mentioned are all 100% lies. He uses the same excuses with everyone and then eventually ignores them / blocks their number.

I'll leave this thread up as a cautionary tale to anyone who might be reading this forum. Babar and Mehmood and whoever the hell else is working with him are all scammers and are not to be trusted at all.

I did some digging on his PG profile, and saw that he had a rather positive trader score overall & comments were positive (except the last few). As it turns out, i myself had dealt with him recently (which i didn't even remember).

It seems he was not scamming until last year (based on his trading history on PG). I wonder what caused him to change his behavior? We obviously don't know his side of the story. But no matter what, his actions are unethical & unjustifiable.

He's been scamming for a long time. A lot longer than a year. For some reason, people who had negative experiences with him didn't come forward until much later. Realistically he should have a lot more than 3 negative ratings.

And the funny part is, according to this CNIC date of birth, he's not even 19 yet. Although I'm pretty sure the DOB is a lie since judging by his pictures, he looks at least 24.

i have never fully accused anyone of doing something illegal or wrong until proven otherwise. im here stating facts about whats going on. for all i know, he could be using this "babars" identity or the shop "skygamingstore /babar computer " as "fronts" for doing frauds and scams. however the facts DO point out that a lot deals have gone wrong with him. whoever supports him, may have had a good luck OR original owner of dealing the items. this guy is probably working as jamadar or assistant and is using babars name.

the thing is, i need him caught. for several years he is using us members for his treachary. what i can assume is, whoever does deal outside his city i.e BWP, he does the fraud. but if there is a local trader, he does a fair deal. so thats why alot of them have good faith in him. its a sticky situation, but it needs serious eyeing now.

You should always check your local computer markets/plazas before making such a big purchase online purely on blind faith.
Hafeez center, Gul-Haji Plaza, Saddar Karachi etc are some examples; places where they sell used-imported computer hardware.
I bought a Philips 24" LED for 6,500 yesterday for a playstation 4.
I didn't even have to work too hard for it, as there were a lot of options and they were all relatively the same thing specs wise, in that price range.

I guess what I'm trying to say is explore your locale first before exploring online options. It has always worked out for the best, for me.
I'm sorry for your monetary loss. However you learnt a valuable lesson and that is something priceless(don't mean to sound harsh.)

oh bai, STFU jhutte insan. you and fahim were both added together and you 2 were the only ones on my ass to show proof about fraud. i never insulted you or fahim in particular, in fact i clearly wrote "jahilon, parhna nahe ata. iv already spoken to babar". this message was for everyone, who kept me asking me to show proof .. then i mentioned that i made group for dicussions and not mafia type behavior, to which your fucking reply was 'he is idiot admin" .. bc apni ghalti tum log kabi na mano, hamesha doosron par phenko. and excuse me, i have every proof, and i showed it to admins. tum jano tumhara reputation jaane. everyone in the watsapp group can read, and if i wrote ANYTHING wrong regarding you or anyone else, wo yahan admins ko proof dede .

dont make me open my bad language against you because first, i dont have problem with you or that fahim BUT you both came and started taking positions with him, yes, i deleted you after 5 min of "attitude",

and how convenient that the day you message "here" , babar conveniently deletes his facebook page. both personal and group. also hes deleted his whatsapp.. kyu bai? you all covering tracks?
