yes it does i have tried it..

You have to put a 5mb file in that and it will download 5mb file first then give u one point.
you get 1 RS account on 10000 points so just imagine urself..do u have to download 50000mb before u get ur account ?

So in short that pretty LAME

1. You need a rapidshare premium account
2. As per Rapidshare rules, you cannot generate more then 255 premium points in day. But this software downloads the file using your rapidshare premium account so you can't get more then 255 points per day.
3. Since you cannot generate more then 255 points per, so it will take a long time to get one account. On the other hand you can get 1-3K points everyday with uploading.

So useless for me.
