PTCL: Where to make complain so the problem get solved?

I have a problem with my landline connection. Most people here are of the opinion that if you have good terms with your area's lineman every problem would get solved. What if the lineman himself is the problem? Where to complain then? I have offered 2-3,000 as chair pani to him to solve my problem but he is not resolving the problem? Kindly advise me what should I do.

You gotta call the helpline and ask directly for the supervisor, they will never let you talk to him as they'd get in trouble, and they will prioritise your complaint. Works for me.

Thanks brothers for your kind advises. Just checked the thread today. I would try everything told and would inform you about. bravoguy, as you know unfortunately there is no proper PTCL alternative. I pray that some PTCL alternatives emerge in our country too just like there are in other countries.

Once you get it working, PTCL is a very reliable and affordable connection.

I hated it when I got it 3 years ago. But then once I figured out how everything works here, it's been very reliable. Personally, I'd recommend it to anyone in my area.

The twitter initiative is the best CS solution the company has. My phone line went dead yesterday (which very rarely happens).
I tweeted the guy and the issue was fixed within 2 hours!

first its better to explain ur problem here we might have got a solution alrdy...
but if nothing works for u, u gotta go to the exchange and talk to the DE, this is as far as one can go in ptcl complaint department...after that u just gotta wait and check back with DE if problem persist for longer than 2 days. dont forget to explain him all ur issues and hardships u faced.

There are other alternatives bro. Like Nayatel. If you are from ISB/RWP, Worldcall If you are from Lahore or Connect if you are from Karachi. And not only these are better than PTSHIT-EL. They are also more affordable and offers True Unlimited downloads. But that's just my point of view offcourse. Yours might differ.

Man ptcl is bull**** i switched to ptcl from wi tribe and switched back to wi tribe in two days because of their s****** customer servies. It is better to switch to any other connection rather than ptcl.
